Disruptive Thoughts and a Negative Attitude

Many of us suffer from disruptive thoughts. These are more than distractions, or momentary lapses in confidence. Such thoughts can lead us down negative paths that may be difficult to return from. With time, these thoughts can convince us of things about ourselves that aren’t true. Over time, if we let them, these thoughts will harden into an attitude making us our own worst enemy.
